Vinnu4 Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Hi All, I have my current H1 valid untill feb 25. I have applied for h1 transfer in PP now and the case is in rfe status. So can I work after feb 25 or should I take leave untill I get my new h1 approved? If yes, can I work with my present employer or should I work with the new employer? Very confused.. Please let me know if I can work after feb 25th? Thanks in advance!! Link to comment

They have asked to prove EVC model as we didnt put Client letter. Now we are submitting the client letter and all the docs asked for. My question is If it takes more time to give a decision, Can I work with new company after my current h1 b expires(feb 25) Thanks!! Link to comment
