Hi

My h1b extension is due in Apr 2012 and we are about to submit for extension thru attorney.

I'm working on a project from last Aug & it is a long term project, but between my employer & end client there are 3 middle vendors. Do I need to put all vendor letters and if so what are the chances of getting approval? Does any one have similar situation and got approved in recent time?

Thanks in advance !

Hmm, that kind of stuff has not much chances to get approved. The main issue is employer-employee relationship. Your employer has to control your work. With multiple layers in between, that's pretty much impossible. Does your employer talk with the client, for example? If so, why wouldn't the client contract directly with your employer?
