If employer "B" is ready for my H1B visa, when i can start working for employer "B?"/ Since my I94 will be valid, can i start working for employer "B" under the name of "filed for H1B"?? When i get the offer from employer B and if he files for my H1B, can i immediately resign employer "A"? Please clarify. Link to comment
