h-1b expires in oct and travelling in june

Hi,

My H1-B expires in oct 2012. I already have my h-1b stamping.

I plan to visit India in June 2012. My company plans to apply for h-1b extension after I get back and I have emails from HR confirming it.

Will there be any issues at the port of entry since I will have only 4 months left while reentering?
