Maxine Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Dear Members I am on a valid H1B visa till 2015. Due to personal reasons, I need to go to India for around 8-9 months. My company has agreed to let me continue the same work that I do in the US from India. Can they continue to pay me for that brief period in the US itself? There will be no change in my job role ( it will infact include more activity since I will be managing UK as well) and I will continue to put in my 40 hrs of full time work.
