faithalways Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Hi, My husband lives in another state, and after 5 years of living apart, my company (which has sponsored my H1B, approved I-140, waiting for dates to become current to file 485) has finally agreed to let me work from home full time. I will have to renew my H1B in June this year. This will be my 4th renewal. Should my LCA reflect my home and work locations for the renewal. I will be going into the office few days a month for meetings etc. What are the implications of working from home on H1b? Has someone been or is in a similar situation? Thanks so much!
