H1 Transfer denial - go back to old employer

Hi Gurus

I have applied for H1 transfer from Company A to Company B, but H1 transfer has been denied and the key is - I have couple of pay stubs from Company B

Now that Company B H1 is denied

Can I go back to Company A? or Does Company A has file another H1 petition?

You should contact an attorney for this.;..

From what i understand, you already used AC21 to port to new employer and prob you cannot go back to employer a... i might be wrong

I contacted Attorney and I can go back to my old employer if work location is the same specified in old employer's lca
