don012001 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 My employer/attorney has shared the I140 receipt number (filed with NEBRASKA service center). But if I go and check the status with USCIS web site using that number, it says the number is not valid. Attorney called USCIS and USCIS said that the number is valid. Did any one faced this kind of issue before? Pls let me know what have you done in this kind of situation.... Thanks. Link to comment
