laskan2k Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 My petition is expiring in Aug 2012 and am planning to file my extension on regular processing this month end. I am also planning to go on vacation to India in April and by that time, my extension will be in progress and i also have to get visa stamped before i have to come back for the period till Aug 2012. Chitown01 Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 It is Not advisiable to travel when extension petition is in process, because when you re-enter you will have a new new I-94 it will create unnecessary confusion and RFE's better file thru Premium Processing now or after you return Link to comment
