collegeb104
Hello All, I am planning to go to Canada for my H1B Visa stamping. I am thinking of going to Ottawa or Toronto. Please suggest me a consulate which has high percentage of H1B approvals in recent past. I am more inclined towards Toronto as I have friends living in Toronto. I need to take a decision ASAP. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help. Link to comment
livliv
It really depends on your circumstances and not the consulate/embassy you apply to. There is no such statistic available anyway. Link to comment
Chitown01
There is nothing like high percentage of h1 approvals and all if you are full time direct employer... no issues EVC EC models are getting 221 g and getting stuck Link to comment
collegeb104
@@Chitown01, I am on EVC. Are you saying that EVC are getting stuck both in Ottawa and Toronto? If so, do you have any idea about the processing times? Link to comment

dream16
EC models are safer than EVC and i don't agree with the line above that FT are the safest as many infamous Indian Tech Giants employees are stuck with 221g. Link to comment
livliv
Circumstances just means your employment, profile, education etc. The point I am making is that it does not matter where you apply. Link to comment
Chitown01
Indian Tech Giants are Consulting As Welll they are not direct Full time hire.....they are consulting as well Any kind of consulting model is not safe unless it is 4 big consulting like ********, ****, *** etc... Link to comment
