Employer not ready to give Federal Tax Returns for 221G

Dear Murthy Attorneys and other friends,

I got a 221G Green slip on my H1-B Stamping. One of the documents requested was my Federal Tax Returns. Unfortunately my employer is a giant in Healthcare and they are not ready to disclose their Federal Tax Returns. They did put a letter signed by their controller stating that this was the revenue for last year and etc.

What impact can this have on my 221g case, as last time I got rejection stating that employer did not furnish sufficient information of your employment. But that time it was via the client-vendor relationship.

Submit the letter.... However, chances of rejection are high
