Is there a new law that says that job title should always match the title on H1-B/LCA?

If yes, does it mean that onece on H1-B your job title can never change like from a Manager to a Sr. Manager?

Job title doesn't matter all that much. What matters is the job description. If there is a significant change, the H1 always had to be amended.

Job title is irrelevant.... What matter's is the Responsibilities.... If youir responsibilities have changed then your employer has to file for an amendment.
