seeker2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 Hi, I am currently with Company A and I have got another offer in Company B. Company B gave me the start date of 1st Feb 2012. Also, I have committed the above date. Company B started my H1 transfer in premium processing. But my old company wants me to stay there for atleast till Feb 15 and work remotely for knowledge transfer. So, there might be overlapping pay period for 2weeks. 1) Is that OK to have overlapping pay during my H1B transfer process? 2) Will it be an issue when I apply for my Green Card (I-140, I-485 or EAD) process?
