Birth Certificate Not Available

Hi All,

I do not have my orignal Birth Certificate with me. Upon checking I read some forums and I saw that I will need to get a Non-Availability from Local Co-orperation from your place of birth, the problem is I am not able to get that as the Coorperation office is not providing this form, please let me know if I can use any other documents for I-485.
