satyajit308 Posted January 24, 2012 Report Share Posted January 24, 2012 I was working for Company A on H1 B which is valid till Sep 2013, I recently transfered my H1B on to company B and my H1B transfer is approved.For some reason I am not liking the way things are working in company B. So I want to move back to Company A as my H1B with company A is still open and valid.My question is do I need to file a H1B transfer again to company A or I can just join company A immediately and get my payroll going with them.
