H1B job transfer without H1B visa stamping

Hi

My case is that I ve got an H1B petition approved in Nov 2011 and since then working on with the same employer with whom I was on L1B since 2007.

Now I am getting a better offer elsewhere with a different employer and wish to switch.

Will there be any challenges as I have not yet got H1B visa stamped?

No Issues. As long as your new employer is legit and not shady consulting company.
