ravalmihir
I am finishing up my residency in Internal Medicine (On visa status H1B) and currently a Chief Resident at a University Program. I am in process of finding job and a good University program offered me a position as a clinical assistant professor in Internal Medicine. They usually do not hire people on H1B but they are willing to sponsor H1B for me. They said that they have not done green card application EB2 for anyone before and they said I will have to have my attorney to file for the green card but they will be willing to write me letter saying that I am employed with them and details of salary and bla bla bla.. I am not sure if this can be done or not but thought of asking you and take advise on whether we can do this or not. I am not sure if I will qualify for NIW for EB2 or not yet ? Thanks in advance for response. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Please contact the firm of Murthy or any of your choice and have them go over your credentials to help you proceed further vis a vis the GC. Do this son so you know where you stand. Also make sure of Licensing requirements for the Clinical Asst. Professors job. Link to comment
