I am On H1B completing 5 years , Planing to Start GC process with New Employer

I need urget help ..

I am compelting 5 Years this Jan on my h1B. So i am planing to move to new emplyer now and start GC process. I am not sure how much time it will take to approve Labor and I 140. So i am planing to start another GC process with anotehr employer as future employement. My question is can i start 2 GC process paralel. One is through current empoyer another one is as future employement with different employer at the same time.
