urgent please share your view on reaffrimed petition

Hello all,my husband's petition got reaffraimed after 8 months.his employer got notice of reaffraimed petition but one thing making us confuse that uscis send the petition reaffraimed but there is no i-94 with that petition.my husband had the prevoius original h1b petiton which was sent back to review and also i-94 is attached with that,we want to know reaffraimed petition comes with i-94 or not.or its just the notice.and we can use the last origianl petiiton?please reply
