485 Rejection Chances

HI i have applied for my 485 a month ago and i got my EAD recently.i have few questions below.

1) Now that i have my EAD can i work on my EAD and move out of my Employer.If so what are the changes of my 485 rejection.

2) Is it required that i have to stay with my employer for 6 months while i work on my EAD.

3) I have my H1 valid till Dec 2013,in case i don't use my EAD and continue working on H1, can my spouce work on her EAD.
