L2 EAD apply without available in US

Hi,

I have few queries in L2 EAD process. My wife is in L1 visa & I am travelling US in L2. Currently I am working in India & I need to apply EAD as soon I reach US.

1. Can I apply EAD from India itself?

2. Incase I apply EAD in US, can I apply EAD & fly back to India again to work for my company till I get dates for biometric test?

3. How much time it normally takes once the biometric test done? does it affect if I fly back after the Biometric test done?

Looking for advice asap.
