Sunny,

As far as I know, you can join a new company with receipt number. If everything goes fine with transfer process, no issues.

If there is an issue in this process, I am not very sure. Try to post this in H1 General or start a new thread, probably you will find better answers than here.

All the best.

AS per the premium processing rules, they need to make some decision in 15 calendar days. If they can't make a decision within 15 days. Still your case is premium and they will do it ASAP. But USCIS should return the premium processing charges.

Ask you r employer to contact USCIS. They will answer.

All the best

Did u ask ur employer to call USCIS and ask about the status of RFE. Usually If it premium processing, USCIS will fax the RFE and then will send the original copy in mail. and usually employers wont wait for the original copy and reply to the RFE immediately based on the fax copy. When I got RFE last month, my attorney replied to RFE next day we received the fax copy.

Yes, Srivaishu is right. Your attorney will get RFE details through fax immediately on the same day your case moved to RFE.

Check with your attorney.

It was same in my situation. I got automated email from USCIS for RFE. Within 10 minutes my attorney send me the RFE details which she got in fax.
