rajeshreddyt
Hi folks, There was a typo (State name is NJ instead of VA) in my LCA, the zip code, city, address everything is correct except for state name. It is correct every where else including I-129 and client letter. I'm going for my stamping in the first week of February and was wondering what would be the impact of this typo. Do I have to file for a new LCA or is there a way to correct this typo on the existing LCA? Has any one ever been in this situation. Any help is appreciated. Regards, Raj Link to comment

Regards, Raj Hi Rajesh, I am not sure of the procedure, but my sincere suggestion try to find out the impacts..if needed fix it before going for interview rather than inventing unnecessary problems. Perhaps check with ur attorney and Department of Labour regarding LCA correction. Link to comment
