invasion Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 Case update: I think we are Greened EB2-India Priority Date : Oct 2008 Priority date curent in Jan, 2012 Applied I-485, I-131(AP) and I765(EAD) on Jan 5th, 2012 Service center: TSC USCIS Received Date: Jan 13th, 2012 Notice Date: Jan 17th, 2012 FP Notice received: Jan 26th, 2012 FP appointment: 02/14/2012 (completed on 02/14/2012) EAD/AP approval: 3/05/2012 (Primary AP was still pending) Dependent EAD was mailed on 03/07/2012. Dependent EAD received on 03/09/2012 Primary EAD approved on 03/14/2012 Primary EAD card mailed on 03/16/2012 485 approved for both Primary and spouse: March 17, 2012 Waiting for the Cards.... Unfortunately, due to employer and attorney delays, my application was sent only on March 12,2012. I hope there will still be visa numbers left for me to get GC this year. My attorney told me that I will get receipt notices in the next two weeks directly by mail. How do you get the email receipt notices? Would they initially send it to attorney? THey will be sent to both you and the attorney. Link to comment

Now we received FP notice and its scheduled for 03/21 @Suri - Why you doubt it? The people in this forum are real applicants, not representing any agencies. And I think no one has a reason to come here and misguide others if they haven't received so, right. Think about it. I received my EAD/AP before FP as well. My attorney told me that that might need a fix. wating to hear back from him. PD April 2008. I 485 Waiting. M Link to comment

posh Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 here is my case status: Category- EB2 Service Center: Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Country-India Myself: Primary Applicant Husband: Dependent Current in January 2012 Bulletin Applied 485, 765, 131: January 19th 2012 Acceptance Notice Date: Jan 23rd 2012 Acceptance Notice Received : Jan 27th 2012 Finger Printing Notice Date: Waiting EAD/AP Approved: March 7th 2012 We opened an SR 30 days (feb 27th) after receipt date for biometrics and received no feedback so we called 15 days later 3/14 to check status and they transferred us to the L2 officer who said that they we just need till our ASC (San Jose in our case) sends us the FP. We called again yesterday 3/19 and same response. ******** is helping me understand the EB2 EAD/AP status and FP dates for NSC but we have no idea how busy San Jose ASC is. I have taken an INFOPASS for Thursday 3/22 morning at San Jose ASC, I will let you know how it goes. I dont have much knowledge on how things work but could this mean they are already reaching the available visa numbers? Link to comment
bpans Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 Probably USCIS needed money due to budget deficiency so they opened up the dates until lots of folks filed their I485. And now they just want to go back all the way to Aug 2007 as they have received enough fees. I don't see any logic behind why they want to go all the way back to Aug 2007 after moving so aggressively. Link to comment

I called USCIS customer service center after waiting 40 days. After that i received FP notice with in 15 days.
