can i do the medical test now - how long will it take -

i see eb2 is on jan 2009 now.

mine is in april 2009 ..

i got couple of questions

1. what are the chances of retrogressson here?

2. how long will it take for me to become current...

3. also,can i get the medical tests done and ready by now, since i heard they will be valid for a year once given.

i understand, you could say that ther is nothing predictable on 1 and 2 above, but then , just from your expeirence and tracking wanted to know.
