Stamping in Canada- without US degree

Hello everybody,

I am planning to get stamp my H1-B at Vancouver. I was on an H1-B before and had it stamped in India.

Please note the following :-

1. This is not my first H1

2. I work as a permanent employee and have around 2.5 years of US work experience.

3. I do not hold a degree from a university in US. My education has been in India.

If any one with similar background has stamped their H1-B visa in Canada recently, could you please provide details of your experience.

Any advice/suggestions for my case are welcome.

I am also in same situtation ( dont have US degree, got my first H1 stamp in india and in US for 3 yrs ) , please let me know if I can go to canada for stamping.

Hi,

My husband got his H1 stamped in Vancouver Canada in Feb 2011. He also did not have a US degree and was working as a FTE. So I think it should not be a problem.
