Applying for I-485 and spouse out of status 2 years back

Wife came to USA as H4 in Dec 2007. On Nov 2008, her H1B with COS is approved and she moved to H1B status. But she could not find a job because of recession and she left US in July 2009 and came back on H4.

So she did NOT maintain status for: 8 months.

After that she is always on valid status. She moved from H4 -> H1 after she finds a job and she is working on H1B. Now my employer has submitted my I-485 application for both of us.

Is there any possibility for RFE during I-485 process for the period that she did NOt maintain the status?
