PERM application and Job Description

I am in H1B right now. I still work for the same company which filed my H1B about 6 months ago. Now, I am talking to an attorney regarding my Green Card filing (with the same company). The attorney says I can use the same job description that I used for H1B to file for PERM. Do you guys think that is a good idea?

The attorney says since the job description used for H1B didn't require any experience and also since I cannot use the experience gained on this job, using the same job description will show that my qualification matches the job description and will make the case stronger. Well, I am not convinced and I am looking for some experienced ideas to compare with what the attorney says. I have not yet hired them, so it is important for me to figure out how they are approaching my case.

I have a PhD in Water Resources Engineering, Masters and undergrad in Civil Engg. Yeah.... I didn't publish that many papers nor achieved anything extraordinary to qualify for EB1 or NIW.
