DS160 modified after booking the appointments at Matamoros

Hello,

I have signed and submitted the DS160 form stating that i would be going to the consulate in Tijuana. Using this barcode from the DS160 form, i went ahead and paid the MRV fees and started looking for an appointment in tijuana. Since i couldnt find my preferred dates there, i booked the appointment for Matamoros.

Later i modified the DS160 form to state that i would be going to Matamoros instead of tijuana. I now have a new barcode for the DS160.

Would this be a problem. Could someone advice me what my possible next step would be?
