Sree@USA
Hi, I have my Visa interview in Vancover, Canada but I live in Virginia, will it be any problem? Please let me know what should I tell to Visa office if he points the questions. Link to comment
JoeF
You have to tell the truth, of course. Why is that even a question? Only you know why you go to Vancouver for getting a visa. Link to comment
Srinath349
@ Sree, What's the point now in having that question after you booked the slot in Vancouver. Didn't you do an inquire before booking the slot?? I must say it's a pre-matured question..Focus on the interview and stop thinking about trivial things...Good Luck Link to comment
mshilam
I live in Baltimore, MD. Some of my frds suggested me to attend the interview in vancouver rather than toronto or ottawwa. I just wanted to check if there is any problem if i attend the interview in vancouver and how shud i address it to the visa officer? Can any one please suggest? Link to comment
rohitp
@mshilam: dont worry abt that..u can either say that you have relatives in seattle or some business work.. Link to comment
JoeF
The answer from above holds: you have to be truthful. No but or if. Oh, and consulate shopping doesn't work, anyway. This is the age of databases and the Internet, in case you didn't know... All consulates have the same information. Link to comment
