H1B extension visa stamp help

Hi, I am working for staffing company as a PT. I got my H1B for 1 year and during that year i didnt go for stamping. That visa is expired and Now i got extension and going to india. My question is do i need all documents submitted during first time like 1st i 129 form and other documents.. My employer is not change. I also got approval of I 140. What all documents i needed from my employer. While filling up DS 160, there is any place i need to mention about my I 140 apporoval. When i take a date and they ask a question

Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*

Should i say Yes or no.

Coz i came to usa on F 1 visa and this is first time i am applying for H1b.

I worked on H1b for more than year.

Can anyone plz help me with this questions.

It might be silly questions but i am confused.
