H1b Stamping in december 2011

My Husband is on h1 and me on h4. our 6 year h1 expired last year. my husband is a full time employee with a reputed american company. its a very big company,no issues with that.they started his gc process last year and we have our labor and i 140 approved. they filed for h1 extension and we got it approved for 3 years till 2013. but now are planing to go india in nov and when we go there we need to go for visa stamping in chennai. are there any chances of h1b/h4 stamping getting rejected because of the current economic situations. i'm so worried.please let me know.
