Any EB3-India approvals, who had interview at local office

Hi,

Anyone in this forum who had approvals where they had interview at local uscis office and their case transferred to TSC?

I had interview at local office back in 2009 and took an info pass last week to find out where is my file. The officer told its transferred to TSC , I want to know are there any people who got approved who has case similar to me.

I'm trying find out if anyone from Jan/Feb/March/April 2011 visa bulletins got approvals for the cases similar to me, if so how long it took to get approval after PD becoming current.

You had an interview in 2009 and no updates since then??? .... it has been a long wait already for you?

Mine is EB3 India with PD April 1st 2002.

At the time of interview they didn't give GC because my PD was not current.

Now my PD is current and still waiting for GC.

Hmm ...... well every case is different and so take it's own time, but when it comes to the priority date being current...there are good chances that we get our GC applications adjudicated.

My PD is December 2001 and am waiting too.
