New Petition Approved ..Go to Visa Interview or wait for reaffirmation result..Please guide!!

Hi...

My Case is similiar too....received 221g on May 26th 2011( EVC) and then case was sent back to USCIS.

Now my employer is ready to file the petition but have no client letter.

Just tried all possibilities... Plsss in need of you valuable suggestions here....Do tell me what next could be done, i am just blanked out !!! :(

IF you dont have the client letter, it is truly a tired process for you all the way and see the same result once again . chances are very bleak .

All that is needed is your old approval petition number , just to let uscis know that you are earlier cap counted . it does not matter what state it is in . when u for the visa stamping interview with the new one , the Visa officer might have few good questions with respect to your old petition and its employer ........

No he applied the case with my old quota. once we have H1 we will be not in the new quota.
