JoeF
Technically, there is no such thing as a transfer. It is always just a new H1 petition. If you have a valid H1 visa, you can enter with that visa and a copy of the new H1 approval notice. Link to comment
jvsai
so no need to go for Restamping to get Visa with New H1 Petition(797B) to enter to US? Link to comment
Company 2
no need for re-stamping.........you can enter with the same old stamp Link to comment

JoeF
Correct. You can use the existing visa, if it is still valid, together with the new H1 approval notice. Link to comment

kalyan_ac
It is recommended to go to stamping with the latest employer but is not mandatory but however at the POE mention the current employer name on the I94 and show them current employers petition. Link to comment
JoeF
There is no change. You can use the old, valid visa together with the new approval notice. Lots of people do that all the time. Again, there is no change. Link to comment
