I have visa interview on 12.12.2011 at mumbai consulate and they issue Blue form. I am waiting from my employer to submit doucments. Where are you from.

Mine is EVC model, 7th year renewal with I140 approved.

At the the time of interview, I was asked basic questions:

Whom do you work for? How much do you earn? And what do you do for work?

After that was handed over 221g form.

I'm from Mumbai.

Following question VO asked me.

1. What is your petionar name

2. where do you work

3. who is your client

4. does it direct client

5. show sow

and she said, we need to review your case so put you in admin process and she handed over blue form with asking more docuement.

@ man_1975 - You were asked for the SOW.. did you/your documents say that you would be working from your employer's work location & not client site?

@ goodluckishere - Please can you share details of the questions you were asked & your responses.

Have been following this forum for a couple of months now.. earlier EVC seemed to be their major problem.. but now they seem to be going after EC's too. Don't what is their problem with ECs now.. if it is a direct client.. then don't think Employer-Employee/Neufeld Memo is the issue... wonder what's the new hurdle now.
