murthyuser123 Posted February 17, 2012 Report Share Posted February 17, 2012 this is ridiculous but DOL has released the PERM factsheet as of 2/15/2012 and they are still reviewing October 2011 cases.the denial rate has gone up to 20% and approval rate is about 74.5 %. Also looks like they are focusing more on audit and appeal cases then standard cases. Link to comment

Foreign Labor Certification Disclosure File List http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/quarterlydata.cfm I did some analysis and this is what I found from PERM data, total PERM processed:11352 certified: 9531 (84%) denied: 1274 (11%) withdrawn: 547 (5%) but from the PERM factsheet (http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.g...eet_dec_11.pdf) released as of 01/03/2012 the numbers shared were: total PERM processed:12400 certified: 9500 denied: 2400 withdrawn: 500 I am not sure why there is discrepancy in numbers.
