H1b-RFE, credit evaluation....need help

I applied for a H1b visa from a B2 visa. got a 6 page long RFE. 1 of the requirements wanted was a evaluation from a college/university professor who has a degree with the same major as mine (business administration). the evaluation has to be on the professor's college/university letter head.

does anyone know any professor who can take care of my evaluation?

I have a Associates Degree in Business Administration (from a college in Chicago ) and 6 yrs experience from a firm in Pakistan. I am looking for a college professor having a degree in Business, who can evaluate both, degree and exp together.

I asked my college, but the Business Professor can only evaluate my degree and not my experience.
