140 revoked by previous employer - pls advise

Had 140 Approved on EB3 in 2009 (485 applied in 2007 pending)

Changed Employer in 2010 and used AC21 - Changed from EB3 to EB2 and ported the dates succesfully

Previous Employer revoked my 140 in 2011 - Since i used AC21 and its been more than 180 days of pending 485 - to be precise i had 3.2 Years pending 485 and 1.2 years pending 485 after 140 approved

Will i have a problem since my previosu employer revoked my 140?
