H4 visa stamping - Incorrect firstname in I-797

Hi All,

My wife is in India and she needs to go for H4 visa stamp, but in my H1 visa approval my first name is incorrect.

Do I need to worry about this? Does anybody run into same issue?

Just due to this incorrect firstname, I didn't go to India. My attorney applied for correction, it is almost 3 months and still it didn't get corrected.

Please advise.
