Date : Nov 22 2011 TIme : 10 00 AM Place : Calgary CANADA US Consulate Status: VISA APPROVED F1 - H1 B EVC Model. Questions: What is your job Title ? What are your responsibilities and duties? Which city you work at ? I gave her the complete client location. Who is H1 B Petitioner ? Whom do you work for ? (She means client) How often you talk to your employer ? I said "Almost daily or once in 2 days" I gave her more info like "Timesheets, Status reports, project Status reports,vacation approvals,benefits" What is you education background ? Which univ is ur MS from ? How many years of Industry experience you have? How long u have been working with your employer ? What benefits your employer provide you ? Does you employer visit you work location ? Yes is my answer Who is your reporting manager ? Means it is someone from your H1 Petitioner. When did you entered CANADA ? What VIsa are on in CANADA ? So you work for {Client Name} via {Vendor Name} via {H1 B petitioner} ? Yes Finally she said "Congrats your Visa is Approved" Link to comment
