arasheed
Hi, I am U.S. citizen (naturalized on Aug 2010) currently living in NJ. I want to apply green cards for my sister (Indian citizen living in Nigeria) and brother (Indian citizen living in Banglore). I haven't looked much into this so far, I am just starting investigate into this. Does anyone know what is the wait time, how long is it going to take? How much does it cost per petition? What is the best way to go about this? Should I hire a lawyer or can I go direct with USCIS, what is your experience? Any thing else I need to be wary of? Your answers are much appreciated. Thanks, Abdul Rasheed, NJ Link to comment

arasheed
Hi, Thanks a lot. 11 years wow. The visa bulleting does not contains information about the wait for the mom/dad. Any idea how long does that take, to apply for family-based green cards for the parents of US Citizens? Thanks, Abdulrasheed Link to comment
