Devaraj Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 My employer filled my h1b and we got the receipt I-797c notice bearing WAC-xx-xxx-xxxx When I track this number it says 'Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status' The recieved date on the I-797c is Nov 7th 2011 and the notice date is Nov 8th 2011. I called USCIS today and they said they will not be able to discuss with my and they asked my employer to call them. Should wait for some time to see if the status gets updated ? Link to comment
