Can any tell what does this response mean for I-485 SR ?

Hello Friends/Experts,

My Priority Date is Nov 2006 still shows initial review and raised SR. After two months got the below response. Can some body tell me what does this mean.

All 485 EB applications are being processed by the 2012 visa allocations. Your case remains pending and will be processed according to your priority and category dates based upon the 20 1 2 visa allocations. Please refer to visa bulletin for your future updates of visa processing.

EB2 or EB3? For EB3, it would not be current.

The dates itself does not tell me if it is current. You can check against the visa bulletin to get that question answered.

Not sure why they are saying my dates are not current. In My Labor File Acceptance Date and on MY I-140 Approval Notice also shows the same Date November 1st 2006. I think that is called priority date according to my me.

I am 100 % sure that My category : EB2 and Priority Date: November 1st 2006.

Please suggest me the next step i need to do. I am stuck now.
