After two months got the below response. Can some body tell me what does this mean. Response Summary: -------------------------- The status of this service request is: All 485 EB applications are being processed by the 2012 visa allocations. Your case remains pending and will be processed according to your priority and category dates based upon the 20 1 2 visa allocations. Please refer to visa bulletin for your future updates of visa processing. In My Labor File Acceptance Date and on MY I-140 Approval Notice also shows the same Date November 1st 2006. I think that is called priority date according to my me. I am 100 % sure that My category : EB2 and Priority Date: November 1st 2006. Please suggest me the next step i need to do. I am stuck now. Regards, Rajkumar Link to comment
