H1B Just Approved but Incorrect Date of Birth -- Need Advice

Hi All,

My H1B has just approved today i.e. I have received an email from the attorney stating that my H1B is approved.

But in the email I can see that my Date of birth is incorrect.

Could someone please tell me whether this will impact the H1B petition and how can I get this corrected ?

Advices will be really appreciated.

Call your Lawyer and have him correct the error if necessary.
