H1B Transfer when current employer already filed for H1B Extension

Hi,

I work for a consulting company and my employer has filed for H1B extension. In the meanwhile, I have been offered a fulltime position by an other American MNC and they would like to transfer my H1. Can you please let me know the options I have so that I can start working for the new company?
