H1 Extension denied and RFE for repetition(nunc pro tunc)

Hi All,

I am in a wierd situation. My H1 Extension got an RFE and it got denied right after my RFE was responded to. My I-94 got expired while I was waiting for this decision. My employer instead of an MTR re-filed a new petition using the nunc pro tunc.

But I have received a RFE on that too. Is there any way I can re-file a new petition with a new employer, by getting an updated client and vendor letter (client is the same from my previous deined petion)?

Are there any additional documents that would be needed? Do I have to provide the privious denial and RFE details, when filing the petition from the new employer?
