Obtaining Labor Application

Hi,

I have few questions regarding the Labor and 140, my Labor and 140 both are approved from my Company, and I asked tehm for the Labor Approval Notice/or Labor Acceptance from the USCIS? , but the denied saying that it is against the Company Policy to give teh Labor Approval Notice to me,

I was wondering How can I obtain the Labor Accetance form? I believe I have right to obtain it but My employer is not helping .

I am thinking of changing teh employer and my 140 Approved 2 months ago, at what point of timr I can leave my Employer without Losing my Labor and 140? or they can cancel my Application the moment i leave my current employer?
