h1b 7th year extention & I-485 apply from future employer

If EB2 becomes current by any chance, still can I apply I-485 with future employer company B without transmitting my H1B? Do I need to join in B before I-485 application? If it not required, when I need to join in company B? Is it ok to join after I485 approval in company B?

My first H1B 6 years will complete by Jan 2013, I am planning to join in around June 2012 and I have I-140 approval, can I get 3 more years H1B extention?

Please let me know your words

Generally, the PERM green card process is for a future position that requires the individual to be in the position described in the underlying labor condition certification when the green card is approved.
