Once the application is filed, could I continue to work in my present employment without filing an extension of H1B visa? Does this pose any travel (out of US) difficulties? My profession of Physical Therapy is exempt from labor certification and expect an earlier processing time. Thank you for your patient reading and opinion. Link to comment
